We would love this piece for a tea party al fresco.   Pantheon Cobalt     Gorgeous design! The regal blue border in this tablecloth frames a crisp white center. This architectural linen creates an air of sophistication for a more special occasion. The best part? It has Garnier-Thiebaut’s patented Green Sweet technology, so no need to worry about spills! Bring it on Merlot!   Creme Glacee & Cornet de Glace     Oh my sweet tooth! We are loving these playful tea towels for the kitchen. They would make great gifts!   Boheme Bath Towels     Last but not least this New Bohemian style bath collection from Garnier-Thiebaut is luxuriously soft and has great accent colors to choose from.   Want to see these linens in person? Didriks and Local Root Grand Opening Party

Didriks and Local Root Grand Opening Party

A couple months ago, we promised expansions at the Mill – and now that promise has been fulfilled! Last Friday, we hosted a Grand Opening party to welcome Didriks and Local Root to our space. Together they now occupy the lower level of The Mill, with a stunning showroom featuring a vast array of kitchenwares and housewares. An incredible amount of work went into transforming the space – which got an upgraded paint job on the floors AND walls – and setting up new merchandise. It was a lot of fun to watch the transformation of the space, and even more special to see it completed and ready to open. For the event, one of the Didriks staffers put together a spread of food, Lower Falls Wines brought in a wine bar, and Gregory from Gregorian shared some Armenian lamajunes. Everything went over really well, as guests explored the new space. We had visitors from near and far, friends, family, and vendors. We also had a couple of folks from Pro Arte come by to provide us with beautiful live music for the evening. We are so thrilled to welcome Didriks and Local Root to The Mill, and look forward to many long years together! If you weren’t able to attend the event, please come by anytime. The new Didriks and Local Root showroom will have the same hours as the rest of the building, so you can get all of your home goods shopping done all in one place.
